Forming An Opportunity Belief

My beginning point:
Flash Charging Tech
Describe my belief
1.       What is the unmet need?
a.       The first thing pop-up in my head is recharging time of electric cars is longer than the cars use gasoline. Today, we can get gasoline for our cars anywhere on the street and fully fill the tank in 3 mins, but electric cars need more longer time.
2.       Who has the need?
a.       Electric cars owner.
3.       Where the need come from?
a.       The need come from the time waiting on charging the electronic cars. The weather in Florida is good, not that much cold. And we can go have a cold drink when we are waiting the charging. But how about the driver in the cold. Where can they stay 75 mins for fully charged.
4.       What are people doing to meet this need now?
a.       Trying to build more charging station around Starbucks or malls. And innovate more faster charging technology.
5.       I am sure there is an opportunity.
Identify the prototypical customer
Iteration No.1
Customer 1 has the worries about above four points. Usually electronic car is second choice for him because he has a car use gasoline. His need since he first time use Charging station on Archer Rd. But he feels fine because he doesn’t need full charge. If the Flash Charging Tech can reduce the charging time same as gasoline. He would like to consider.
Reflect
If I create this super-fast charging technology, I may sell it to the electric car companies and manufacturers.

Iteration No.2
Customer 2 has an electric car with battery replacement technology. They don’t need to wait for the charging battery, but they need to wait for changing battery. But the battery changing station usually closed or stopped working. Especially now it’s winter, his city is below 32 degree. Feel sorry about him.
Reflect
Here is another way may help me think about charging for the electric car. Not cable charge instead of battery replacement. But need to first make sure all the electric car us same standard size and volume battery.

Iteration No.3
Customer 3 got a Hybrid. He told me once he fills up the gas, he could drive from Gainesville to Orlando twice roundtrip. And he can charge the car or fill the gas. But he usually chooses to add gas first, because more convenient.
Reflect
I think my tech could change some idea that maybe I can find a way to install a diesel generator on electric car, so with my Fast Charging Tech, those cars can run long distance with short energy refill time.

Therefore, I think maybe Hybrid cars are more meaningful today in our life because TCO is lower than electric cars. Time is money. I need to find the way to put a diesel generator on the EV now. And I believe this is my opportunity.

And they made a smart decision that more visitor come to South Florida for the Super Bowl and more business coming. Therefore, For Lauderdale government also quickly reacted to follow up that temporarily lifted liquor bans in this area. Extend liquor selling time and encourage people to spend more money for this coming crazy party.
The problem is it maybe lose control after people got drunk, and KC fans may celebrate for the victory (yeah, I am Mahomes fan) at same time, 49ers fans may fight with them. He took over the business from the previous owner of Fuji Sushi restaurant and try to turn losses into gains. His sushi is very tasty, but he also noticed on other side: price, location, service, and reputation of the restaurant. He set the menu prices lower than other sushi restaurant in Gainesville. The restaurant location is perfect that no sushi restaurant in 8 miles in that time. His wife took care of service as normal standard, then he made profit after 1 year he took over.
