Your Entrepreneurship Story

There is a sushi restaurant near Tioga Town Center called Fuji Sushi. The story I will talk about is Wade, the owner of Fuji Sushi, and his experience behind. He grew up in Miami when he was young. When He was 18 years old, he started work in restaurant. From a sushi chef, teppanyaki chef, to be a manager in his first worked restaurant. After he accumulated many years restaurant experience, he decided to own a sushi restaurant himself. He took over the business from the previous owner of Fuji Sushi restaurant and try to turn losses into gains. His sushi is very tasty, but he also noticed on other side: price, location, service, and reputation of the restaurant. He set the menu prices lower than other sushi restaurant in Gainesville. The restaurant location is perfect that no sushi restaurant in 8 miles in that time. His wife took care of service as normal standard, then he made profit after 1 year he took over. Since then, his revenue from the restaruant is about 150k per year.

  1. Hey Don,this is an amazing story. Anyone can be an entrepreneur as long as they have the drive. Entrepreneurship is the idea of problem-solving. They take responsibility of their own problems and to try to solve something. I'm not a fan of sushi, but I would to come check out this spot one day. Most of my friends love sushi so I will take them there. However, what made you want to take this class?
